There are many people who lack exercise. Exercises such as jogging and walking are recommended, but many people may increase the risk of infection depending on the time of day, making it difficult to sweat outdoors.
\nTherefore, aerobic exercise at home is recommended. It has also been proven that aerobic exercise secretes a neural substance called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) that promotes the growth of nerve cells in the brain, making it difficult for the hippocampus, which controls memory, etc. from gradually declining. Some recommended exercises are:
\n1) Half squat
\nSpread your legs around your shoulder’s width. Sit down with your hips out and exhale, then stop at your mid-waist where your knees bend 90 degrees. Be careful not to bend your back and try to keep your knees out of your toes. Return to your original position while taking a breath. Initially, the goal is to do this around 20 times and to gradually increase it over time.
\n2) Raise your thighs
\nWhile breathing, raise your thighs up to the level of your hips, alternating between your right and left leg. The point is to raise your legs and raise your arms to shoulder height. Let’s aim to do this around 30 times, left and right.
\nIdeally, you should do a total of 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
