This is because the brain can be further activated by using it efficiently in daily life through household tasks as well.
\nThe point of activation is not to choose a \u201csimple and convenient method\u201d, but to choose tasks that you may feel is bothersome or troublesome. For example, let’s take cleaning as an example. The brain is more active when you clean with an old broom or dustpan than with a vacuum cleaner because there are various procedures such as setting-up and thinking of how to work efficiently. If you spend more time and effort on the set-up, the brain is moved intricately, such as grasping the space, considering time and devising the procedure.
