Brain training can strengthen behavior control through the ability to process information in areas such as the prefrontal cortex and motor cortex. For behavior control, for example, different movements are performed simultaneously with the left and right hands. When both movements are synchronized, there is no strong load on your brain. However, when trying to move separately, the brain becomes strongly conscious of the left and right hand to prevent them from naturally synchronizing and moving.
To train the brain to control behavior, repeat different movements with left and right hands as shown in the figure. The dominant hand moves in the order of “goo-pa-choki”, and the other non-dominant hand moves in the order of “pa-choki-goo”.
First, practice each hand movement. Next, move both hands as soon as possible simultaneously. Practice and repeat 4 times within 30 seconds.
By continuing to train your brain in this manner, you can expect to suppress and adjust feelings of anger, frustration and anxiety.
